MostHost — Privacy Policy

MostHost is a private event invitation and RSVP service operated by Gazal Eyecare LLC, a limited liability company based in Roswell, Georgia, United States (“MostHost,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: andy@gazaleyewear.com.

Information we collect

• Account information — for hosts: your name, email address, and (optionally) mobile phone number and profile photo.
• Event & guest information — event details you create, and the names and contact details (email and/or mobile number) of the guests you choose to invite.
• RSVP information — responses, party size, and any notes guests submit.
• Mobile opt-in & consent — if you opt in to text messages, we record your mobile number, the exact consent wording, and the date/time of your consent as proof.
• Technical data — basic delivery and security data such as IP address and message delivery status.

How we use information

• To deliver event invitations and relay RSVPs between hosts and their guests.
• To send transactional messages you have opted in to — event invitations and host alerts by text; confirmations and reminders by email.
• To operate, secure, and support the service.

Text messaging & mobile information

We only send text messages to people who have explicitly opted in (see our SMS Terms and opt-in page). We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, mobile opt-in data, or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the MostHost messages you asked for. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Service providers

We use trusted providers strictly to operate the service — for example, Twilio to deliver text messages and Resend to deliver email. These providers process data only to perform these functions on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed to run the service and meet legal or record-keeping obligations (including consent records). We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.

Your choices

• Opt out of texts any time by replying STOP, or by un-checking SMS consent in Settings.
• Request access to or deletion of your information by emailing us.
