What MostHost is

MostHost is a private event invitation and RSVP service. An event host (for example, a parent planning a child's birthday party) creates an invitation and shares its private link with their guests directly — MostHost does not text guests. Guests view the event and RSVP on the web. Opted-in hosts receive a text alert when a guest responds.

MostHost is a service operated by Gazal Eyecare LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States and based in Roswell, Georgia.

What text messages you may receive

• RSVP alert — a text letting you, the host, know a guest has responded to your event.
• Opt-in confirmation — a one-time text confirming your alerts are on.

MostHost does not send marketing, advertising, or promotional messages, and does not text guests — hosts share their event's invitation link with guests directly. (RSVP reminders and confirmations are sent by email, not text.)

How you opt in (call to action)

You can opt in at the public opt-in page mosthost.app/sms-optin, or when you create a MostHost account at mosthost.app (and any time afterward in Settings). In every case you opt in by checking this box, which is not checked by default:

No text message is ever sent unless you have personally checked this box. We record the date and exact wording of each opt-in as proof of consent. You can withdraw consent any time by un-checking it in Settings or by replying STOP to any message.

How consent works

MostHost only sends text messages to a mobile number that has explicitly opted in through one of these two methods. Both collect the mobile number together with an unchecked-by-default consent box that reads: “Text me MostHost alerts about my events, like when a guest RSVPs. Msg & data rates may apply, message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

1. Public opt-in page — mosthost.app/sms-optin, where anyone can enter their mobile number and check the consent box (no account required).
2. Account sign-up / Settings — when you create a MostHost account at mosthost.app (or later in Settings), you can check the same consent box to receive host alerts.

No text is ever sent unless the number has personally opted in through one of these methods. We record the date and exact wording of each opt-in as proof of consent. We never buy, sell, rent, or share phone numbers, mobile opt-in data, or consent with any third party or affiliate, and numbers are never used for marketing. Guests are never texted by MostHost; their host shares the invitation link with them directly.

Message frequency & rates

Message frequency is low and varies by use: opted-in hosts receive an alert when a guest responds to their event, so a typical event generates a handful of texts. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out (STOP) and get help (HELP)

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your MostHost account — RSVP activity is always visible on the web and by email.

Privacy

Phone numbers and RSVP information are collected solely to relay RSVP activity to the host. We do not sell or share your information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party or affiliate for any purpose.
