MostHost — Terms of Service

MostHost is a private event invitation and RSVP service operated by Gazal Eyecare LLC, Roswell, Georgia, USA (“MostHost”). By using MostHost you agree to these terms.

Using the service

• You may use MostHost to invite people you have a genuine relationship with to your events, and to collect their RSVPs.
• You are responsible for the content of your events and for having a lawful basis to contact the guests you add.
• Don't use MostHost to send spam, marketing, or unlawful, harmful, or harassing content.

Text-messaging program

MostHost offers an optional text-messaging program. We only send texts to people who have explicitly opted in, either on our public opt-in page or via the unchecked-by-default consent box during account sign-up or in Settings. Text messages are transactional (event invitations and host alerts); we send no marketing. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Privacy

Your use of MostHost is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

Service “as is”

MostHost is provided on an “as is” basis while in beta. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
